Here are some examples of what we consider inappropriate behavior, all of which could get you into trouble in our games:
Social Disruption
Using hateful, or threatening language.
Harassing, bullying, or humiliating others.
Promoting political slogans, movements, or ideologies that distract from play.
Safety and Privacy Violations
Sharing or requesting personal information such as real names, contact details, or social media handles.
Posting or requesting content that exploits children, endangers their safety, or targets their vulnerability.
Misusing private messages or requests to pressure others to move conversations off-platform.
Harmful or Illegal Content
Sharing sexualized, violent, extremist, or self-harm-related content.
Encouraging or glorifying real-world violence, suicide, or harm.
Promoting or trading drugs, weapons, or adult services.
Unfair Advantage
Using hacks, cheats, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
Exploiting bugs or glitches that disrupt gameplay or competition.
Sharing or selling accounts, or buying in-game items or currencies from unauthorised sources.
Using bots, scripts, or other tools to automate gameplay.
Misuse and Deception
Spamming chat with repetitive or misleading messages.
Scamming, phishing, or tricking others into sharing personal details or account access.
Impersonating Supercell Staff.
Encouraging others to do anything listed above.
We don't want to spoil the fun. Rather, these rules are in place to keep our games safe and fair!
Consequences of Misconduct
Account penalties will be issued whenever we encounter accounts that exhibit the types of behavior listed above. See here to learn more about account penalties.
Please note, Support will not debate penalties after they have been issued, and in some cases, our ability to support a penalized account will be limited.
