A Player Tag is a form of identification for game accounts. It is mainly used to:
Add in-game friends
Help Support locate a lost account.
The Player Tag starts with a hashtag and consists either of only letters or a combination of letters and numbers like in this example: #ABC123.
Where Can I Find My Player Tag?
You can find your Player Tag both from inside and outside your game account.
Inside the Game
Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, & Brawl Stars:
Tap the Profile button in the top left corner of your game screen.
View your Player Tag underneath your profile icon.
Hay Day:
Tap the Social button in the bottom right corner of your game screen.
Tap the Friend Book and view your Player Tag under the search bar.
Boom Beach:
Tap your player name in the top left corner of your game screen.
Your Player Tag and an option to Share it will pop up.
Outside the Game
If you have lost access to your game account, and you need the Player Tag for the recovery process, there are some ways to find it from outside the account:
If you have only one game account:
Ask an in-game friend for help: they can check your profile and send you the Player Tag of your lost account.
If you have another game account that you play with:
Check your Friends list: if you have added the lost account to the friends list of your current account, it’s possible to find it there.
Check the members of your Clan, Club, Neighborhood, or Task Force: if you have multiple accounts in the same Clan, Club, Neighborhood, or Task Force, go to its menu and find the profile of your lost account.
Knowing your Player Tag is very helpful for connecting you with your lost account, but it won't be enough on its own!
