Grab your best Decks and get ready to Duel!
Unlocked at King Level 10, Duels are a great test of skill. The more Battles you play, the better knowledge of your opponent's decks you will need to show. Knowing which Cards they have or haven't used may help you defeat them.
You can play Duels in Friendly Clan Battles and Clan Wars.
In order to play Duels, you’ll need to create Duel Decks.
For Friendly Duels, go to the Collection screen and access the Deck tab. Simply click on the Deck icon to toggle between Battle and Duel Decks.
For Clan Wars Duels you need to create at least 3 Clan War Decks from the Clan tab.
Friendly Duel Types
There are two different types of Duels available.
Open Duels
In this mode, you’ll be able to choose a Deck before each Battle. Once a Deck is used, it cannot be chosen again in further Battles. The winner is determined by a “best of three” system, so the first player to win two Battles wins the Duel.
Ban & Pick Duels
Before the Battle, each player will be able to ban two of their opponent’s Duel Decks. A single Battle with one of the remaining Decks is then played to determine the winner.
Good to Know
It's impossible for a Duel to end in a tie. If the Tiebreaker rule cannot determine a winner, they will be ultimately decided by a Coin Flip.
Clan War Decks are still built in and are exclusive to Clan Wars.
