Some players might see a pop-up when opening the game that says “Your current login method is no longer supported in this region”. If you saw this message, please contact Support with the instructions below.
To contact Support and create a new login:
- Open Clash Royale
- Go to Settings > Help and Support
- Tap the hamburger menu icon at the top right of the screen
- Tap the 'Leave a message' button
- Select 'Request or Delete My Data'
- Select 'Delete my Data' (your data will not actually be deleted)
- As your reason for deletion, please mention the word: NEWLOGIN.
Please note! If you don't see this pop-up when opening the game, you have nothing to worry about, and your account is safe.
